Return and Refund Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the product(s).
To exercise this right, simply send us a clear statement (for example, by email) within this period. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s).

📦 2. How to Return a Product

Contact us by email with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging).
Send the product(s) back within the legally established time limits.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated before shipment.

💰 3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund the price of the product and the standard shipping costs (if applicable).

🔍 4. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product is defective or does not conform to what was advertised, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund, in accordance with applicable law. In such cases, return shipping costs will not be borne exclusively by the customer.

❌ 5. Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns if the product is not returned in the required condition (for example, without original packaging or showing signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection).
Personalized products or items sealed for hygiene reasons may not be covered by the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken, in accordance with applicable law.
